Internationally educated applicants

To be eligible to apply for registration with the CPPEI, internationally educated paramedics planning to practise in PEI must undergo an assessment of their credentials.

The assessment is administered by the Canadian Organization of Paramedic Regulators (COPR) on behalf of the College.

Upon completion of the assessment, COPR will provide a summary of findings and a recommendation of practice level equivalency to CPPEI. The Registrar will contact the successful applicants and provide further instructions.
